How to make it

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop spinach, mushrooms and onion.
  2. Add salt, pepper and mix it well.
  3. Break the eggs in a bowl.
  4. Beat the eggs until frothy.
  5. Take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.
  6. Pour the egg mixture, allow to cook until set on a medium flame.
  7. When the base firms up, flip it to the other side and cook till done. Sprinkle oreganos or chilli flakes if you like.
  8. Serve egg omelette.
