- Wash and chop spinach, mushrooms and onion.
- Add salt, pepper and mix it well.
- Break the eggs in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs until frothy.
- Take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.
- Pour the egg mixture, allow to cook until set on a medium flame.
- When the base firms up, flip it to the other side and cook till done. Sprinkle oreganos or chilli flakes if you like.
- Serve egg omelette.
