  • Curry leaves(optional)*-2-3 leaves
  • Onion- 3tbsp chopped
  • Plain curd- 2tbsp
  • Suji -1/2cup
  • Rye- Pinch of it
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Tomato-3 tbsp chopped
  • Capsicum
  • Green chilli
  • The first meal of the day needs to be healthy and preferably less oily. Then, why not try this delicious and healthy recipe for Suji Vegetable Roll?

    Suji Vegetable Roll
    • Firstly, in a bowl, add suji, water, curd, and salt. Mix everything well. Then, put this batter aside for 10 minutes.
    • Take a pan and add 5 ml of oil. Now add a little bit of rye and add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies, and capsicum. Then, sauté them.
    • Furthermore, grease or season your Tawa well with a few drops of oil. Then when the pan turns hot, pour in half of the prepared batter. Spread it gently.
    • Immediately add the prepared filling and cook on both sides till fully done.
    • Roll it and enjoy it!
