  • Ginger- 1/2 inch
  • Cucumber - 2 medium size
  • Turmeric- spoon or 1 inch
  • Tomato- 1 medium size
  • Bottle gourd (lauki) - half or 1 small size
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Amla or lemon - 1 as per your taste
  • Pink salt 1/2 spoon

    Super Green Juice Recipe
    • Wash all the veggies in freshwater.
    • Peel and chop the bottle gourd into small chunks.
    • Chop the mint leaves, amla, ginger, turmeric, and tomato into smaller pieces.
    • Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend them nicely to make a smooth consistency.
    • Then, use a strainer and filter the juice to remove the seeds.
    • Now add water for consistency.
    • Then, add the lemon juice from 1 whole lemon to the above juice mix.
    • Serve it chilled!
