  • Pause Facility feature is available on selective subscriptions only as follows:
    • Weight Management Core & Pro Plans
      • 9 months - 30 days
      • 12 months - 45 days
      • 18 months - 60 days
    • Disease Management Core & Pro Plans
      • 6 months - 15 days
      • 9 months - 30 days
      • 12 months - 45 days
      • 18 months - 60 days
    • Child Plans
      • 6 months - 15 days
      • 9 months - 30 days
      • 12 months - 45 days
    • Pregnancy Plans
      • 9 months - 30 days
      • 12 months - 45 days
    • Apart from above, Pause is applicable if provided as part of an offer to the customer or if purchased explicitly as add-on to the Plan.
  • Customers must pause and resume their plan from the Fitelo App.
  • Customers can cancel or modify scheduled pauses from the Fitelo app.
  • Customers should have the latest version of the Fitelo App (2.2.5 and above) to avail the Pause Facility on the App.
  • Customers need to specify the start and end dates between which they would like to pause their active subscription.
  • Minimum pause duration is 5 days. In case a customer has less than 5 pause days available, the customer will be allowed to pause for the remaining number of days.
  • Maximum pause duration is the number of pause days left in the subscription which is equal to pause days available in plan (as specified in Point 1) minus pause days consumed already.
  • Customers cannot pause their subscription on the current day - customers need to pause their plan at least 1 day in advance.
  • Fitelo reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum pause duration applicable in the foreseeable future
  • Customers can modify or cancel a scheduled pause before the start date from the Fitelo App
  • Once the plan is paused, Customers cannot cancel the scheduled pause. They can still modify the end date or resume the subscription.
  • Subscriptions will automatically resume the next day of the scheduled end date of the pause period.
  • Clicking on the resume button will immediately resume the subscription from the day when the plan is resumed.
  • Post resuming the plan, the dietitian will get in touch with the customer within 24 hours.
  • Customers will get routine emails and app notifications regarding the status of their subscription. Customers will have to ensure that their email-id is updated on the Fitelo app in order to receive email updates.

10. Can I modify the start date and end date of a pause schedule?

The start and end date can be modified If the subscription is scheduled to go on pause in future. However, if the subscription is paused, only the end date can be modified.

11. What notifications will I receive regarding my pause schedule?

You will receive notifications via email and on your phone regarding updates of your subscription. Please ensure your email ID is updated on the Fitelo app to receive these notifications.
