  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 medium cauliflower
  • 1 -onion
  • 1- thumb ginger
  • 1 TSP curry powder
  • 1 TSP olive oil
  • 1- low-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 4- springs coriander
  • Salt

    Cauliflower Curry Recipe
    • Firstly, chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, and chop the green beans in small pieces. Also, dice up the onion and finely chop the ginger.
    • Add some oil to a pot on medium heat and add ginger as soon as it starts to release aroma. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, and saute for 5 mins.
    • Then, add seasonings to it and blend this into curry paste.
    • Mix in the curry powder and stir. Further, cook for 2 mins. Simultaneously, add coconut milk to dissolve the curry paste.
    • Now add the chopped cauliflower and simmer for 5 mins. Then, add the green beans and let it simmer for 10 mins.
    • Finally squeeze lemon on top and serve the Cauliflower Curry!
