This Lauki Dhokla recipe makes a perfect snack. Also, the seasoning on the top keeps the health quotient up for this wholesome super delicious recipe.
- Take a Lauki, peel of its skin, and chop it into cubes.
- Take grinder, add ginger, chili powder, turmeric powder, Lauki without water, and then make a paste.
- In a bowl, add Rava, besan, beaten curd, and lauki paste add salt mix, all the ingredients with little wate.
- Then let it rest for 10 min.
- Heat a steamer or idli cooker, also grease the bowl with oil.
- Add eno / baking soda to the mixture prepared, and then mix it quickly and transfer it to plate steam.
- Then, add the bowl to the steamer, heat on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
- Check if the dhokla is ready with a toothpick. Now slowly transfer it to the plate.
- Take a pan, heat 1/2tsp oil add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and mix it for few seconds and turn off the gas.
- Now transfer this tadka on top of dhokla, then add grated coconut, sesame seeds, and coriander leaves to it.
