  • Moong Sprouts - 1 Bowl
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Chana Sprouts - 1 Bowl
  • Soaked Dates - 1
  • Besan - 1 Small Bowl
  • Flax Seed Powder - 1-2 Tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
  • Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Green Chilli - 2
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Black Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Grated Apple - 1 Bowl
  • Green Chutney - According To Taste
  • Beetroot - 1/2 Bowl
  • Ginger Slices- 4 or 5

    • Firstly, in a blender add moong sprouts and channa sprouts and blend well.
    • Secondly, in a bowl transfer the mixture and add besan, flaxseeds powder, sesame seeds, jeera powder, hing, kitchen king masala, salt, chaat masala, and chopped green chilli.
    • Thirdly, mix all the ingredients very well and give it a shape of a Tikki.
    • On medium flame, place a pan with some ghee and place the tikkis. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
    • Now, for the sauce, in a bowl add curd, jeera powder, black salt, and grated apple and mix well.
    • On a plate place the cooked tikkis and pour the curd mixture over it. Garnish with green chutney, beetroot, ginger, pomegranate and black salt.
