  • 1 - tomato chopped
  • ½ medium-sized onion
  • 1 -chopped seeded green chili
  • 2 -chopped dollops of butter,
  • Cilantro for garnish

    • Chop the tofu and use a fork to crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
    • Heat some oil in a pan and add the tofu and all the remaining ingredients
    • Stir and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes
