Sarson ka Saag
  1. Clean and chop all the greens.
  2. Wash again in running water to remove the dirt.
  3. Repeat 3-4 times.
  4. Then, pressure cook all ingredients for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Put the greens and maize flour in a blender and blend for a minute.
  6. Add the blended greens to a pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Add oil or ghee to another pan, and heat it.
  8. Then, add chopped onions and saute till brown.
  9. Add the prepared Saag and stir fry for a few minutes.
  10. Serve hot 🙂

  1. Mix maize flour and wheat flour together.
  2. Then, add half water and knead the dough (more water can be added based on the consistency).
  3. Roll the dough and make small balls of the dough.

  5. Now, cook until brown.
  6. Enjoy with hot Sarson ka Saag 🙂
