  • 1 - Wheat bran roti (knead half wheat bran flour and half wheat flour)
  • Homemade Mozzarella cheese - Grated paneer 1 tbsp mixed with 1 tsp malai
  • Homemade paneer-50 gms
  • Sauteed mushrooms/broccoli - 1/4 Qtr Bowl
  • Chilli flakes- to taste
  • Sautéed bell peppers-1 Qtr Bowl
  • Onion
  • Coriander and mint chutney- ¼ Qtr Bowl
  • Oregano - to taste

    Wheat Bran Crust Pizza recipe
    • In a nonstick pan, lightly cook paneer with salt, pepper, chili powder, and oregano. Keep aside.
    • Make the bran roti, and cook till it is crisp.
    • On the wheat bran roti, spread coriander and mint chutney first.
    • Top it with sautéed veggies and paneer.
    • Then, add grated paneer and malai mix and cook on the Tawa/ bake it for 2-3 minutes.
    • Serve hot seasoned with oregano and chili flakes.
