How to make it

This winter nourisher soup recipe is a must make. A warm and nutritious soup chopped and topped with fresh coriander leaves and tomatoes.
Also to make the taste better you can squeeze lemon drops.

  • Take a stockpot, add the minimal oil, and saute the chopped veggies along with all the seasonings for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add water /vegetable stock into the mixture and continue to saute for a few more minutes.
  • At the end add the moong dal and simmer until everything gets well incorporated.
  • Blend to a soup-like consistency. when ready to serve hot garnish with 2-3 fresh parsley (ajwain patta )/coriander leaves and 1 tbsp freshly diced tomatoes.
