  • Orange juice- 10-15 ml fresh
  • Plain yogurt- 1 bowl
  • Chia seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Pumpkin seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Walnut- 2 nos
  • Sunflower seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • White Sesame seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Almonds- 3-4 Nos
  • Roasted flaxseeds- 1 teaspoon

    • In a bowl add plain yogurt and add some orange juice to it. Mix it well.
    • Now add chia seeds, roasted flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, white sesame seeds.
    • Also add nuts like chopped walnuts and sliced almonds.
    • Shred some fresh coconut and then add it to the prepared mixture.
