How to make it

Winter season means soup season! And what could be better than this nourishing and filling Potato and Leek Soup Recipe? Have it in the evening, middle of the day or at night, you will relish it all the way.

Potato and Leek Soup
  • Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp of oil
  • Add minced garlic, thyme and chopped leeks in pan and gently stir it for few minutes
  • Then add chopped potatoes. Further add a pinch of black pepper, salt and finally add water.
  • Bring it to boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked throughout.
  • Lastly, transfer to a blender and blend it.
  • Voila! Your Potato and Leek Soup is ready! Serve hot!
