Potato and Leek Soup

  • Potato - 350 gms
  • Garlic
  • Butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Leeks - 250 gms
  • Winter season means soup season! And what could be better than this nourishing and filling Potato and Leek Soup Recipe? Have it in the evening, middle of the day, or at night, you will relish it all the way.

    Potato and Leek Soup
    • Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.
    • Add minced garlic, thyme, and chopped leeks to the pan and gently stir it for a few minutes.
    • Then add the chopped potatoes. Furthermore, add a pinch of black pepper and salt, and finally, add water.
    • Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked throughout.
    • Lastly, transfer it to a blender and blend it.
    • Voila! Your potato and leek soup is ready! Serve hot!
