Creamy High-Protein Pasta With 35g Protein | Healthy & Easy Recipe

Who says pasta can’t be healthy? This creamy high-protein pasta proves that comfort food and nutrition can absolutely go together.

Unlike traditional creamy pasta recipes that are often high in calories and low in protein, this version uses paneer, Greek yogurt, and milk to create a rich, satisfying sauce while delivering around 35g of protein per serving.

It’s perfect for busy weekdays, post-workout meals, or whenever you’re craving something indulgent without compromising your health goals. The best part? It comes together in just 25 minutes and tastes like something straight from your favorite café.

  • ½ cup capsicum, sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

Step 2: Prepare the High-Protein Sauce

Add the following to a blender:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Paneer
  • Milk
  • Garlic

Cook gently for 2 minutes.

Avoid boiling the yogurt sauce too aggressively to prevent curdling.

Mix well.

If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.

Top with:

  • Fresh herbs
  • Extra chilli flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds
