  • 1 slices of Brown bread
  • 1 avocado (pit removed)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 eggs
  • Salt, Black Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • This ultimate breakfast of avocado toast with sunny-side egg combines all the easily available things in the market like bread and avocado. This recipe tastes amazing so you must try it!

    1. Firstly, take bread and toast it. Then, take a skillet and gently crack an egg into the pan. Cook until the egg whites have set, leaving the yolk loose. Then remove from heat.
    2. Afterwards, scoop out the avocado from its peel and divide into 2 equal portions.
    3. Mash each avocado portion onto a piece of toast with a fork.
    4. Further, drizzle the mashed avocado with lemon juice. Then season with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
    5. Lastly, top the avocado toast with a cooked sunny side up egg and season eggs with pepper if desired
    6. Serve the avocado toast with sunny-side egg immediately!
