Ingredients
  • Cumin seeds ( 1 ½ tsp jeera)
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves ( you can also use seeds if leaves arent available)
  • 1 glass Water

    Jeera and Dhania Water for Weight Loss
    • Take some cumin seeds and coriander leaves in the saucepan.
    • Then add water to the saucepan, boil the mixture for about 5 minutes on low flame.
    • After 5 minutes use a strainer to strain the mixture.
    • Also, do not forget to discard the seeds.
    • Then enjoy your detox drink.
