I bring a unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience to empower individuals and communities to make informed dietary choices. I am good at diet planning as per individuals preference and needs. I believe nutrition is more than just a planned calorie deficit diet and rather it is the complete change in lifestyle that is beneficial for maintaining good health.
