What is Fitelo Yoga?
Fitelo yoga is a plan that focuses on your body in three main factors that are body, mind, and soul for all-around health.
Can I lose weight with yoga?
Yoga is not only helpful in losing weight, it can also help in boosting your overall wellbeing. Asana, Pranayama and Mudras are designed in such a way that helps in boosting your body mechanism.
Do I need to be flexible beforehand?
Yoga doesn't require extreme flexibility. At every session, we work on a variety of things, including the body, mind, and soul. You will become more flexible as you keep practicing.
What if I have any previous injury or pain?
Before beginning the plan, it is advisable to let your teacher know about any existing physical conditions you may have. Yoga benefits chronic pain as it helps the body regain muscle strength and balance movement and awareness. Please discuss taking yoga courses with your doctor if you are receiving treatment from them for an acute problem.
Can I practice yoga during pregnancy?
As initial first 4 months during pregnancy are very crucial for mother and baby, so we do not recommend any intense or major physical activity. But after that we can start pregnancy yoga.
