Ingredients
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 large EGGS, cold
  • Today we are here with an easy way to make poached eggs in water at home. We are sure that you will be surprised by its yummy taste.

    1. Firstly, take a deep skillet add 3-4 cups of water and let it boil. Further, adjust the heat to keep the liquid simmering gently.
    2. Break the eggs one by one into a saucer. Carefully holding the dish close to the surface, slip the egg into water.
    3. Cook the eggs until the whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard for. Do it for 3 to 5 minutes.
    4. Make sure not to stir. Then, lift the eggs from the water with a slotted spoon.
    5. Finally, sprinkle with salt and pepper. SERVE immediately.
