6 Bananas
1 tsp matcha green tea
1 cup coconut milk
This is a super simple recipe that any one of you can make with just a couple of frozen bananas and is so delicious. Enjoy this very creamy ice cream straight out of your fridge and maintain your weight loss plans!
- Firstly, cut 6 Bananas into pieces and keep them in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
- Then, in a high powered mixer, take 1/2 batch of frozen bananas. Mix till a creamy texture is achieved.
- Then, add 1 tsp matcha green tea in one cup of coconut milk
- Further, add the mix to the bananas and blend it till it is mixed thoroughly.
- You can also add any other fruit of your choice to make it much more appealing.
- Lastly, Refrigerate for one more hour.
- And your homemade banana ice cream is ready! SERVE IT CHILLED
