How To Make Besan Ka Sheera At Home?
- Firstly, in a pan, add a few drops of desi ghee and heat it.
- Roast the gram flour and add a pinch of turmeric until it turns golden brown.
- Now, slowly pour hot milk into it. Keep stirring it to avoid the formation of lumps.
- Then, add elaichi or cardamom powder, black pepper, and dates powder.
- Mix everything well and cook it on low flame till starts to bind up.
- Serve hot and garnish it with almonds or pistachio nuts. Enjoy.
Tips
- The choice is yours, you can avoid ghee or dry roast the chickpea flour.
- It can use as a drink or can be eaten like halwa. To have it as a drink, add more milk and turn off the flame after one or two boils.
- Dates powder or stevia can be used as a natural sweetener.
