  • Carrot - 1 Cup
  • Cucumber - 1 Cup
  • All Seasonal Green Vegetables - 1 Cup

  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Coriander - 2 Tbsp
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Mixed vegetable raita is one of the most common and popular dishes that is often served with Indian meals. Raita is primarily a thick and creamy curd that complements Indian cuisine and is perfect to add to any of the weight loss plans.

    How To Prepare Mixed Vegetable Raita

    • Firstly, wash all the veggies and chop them finely.  
    • Secondly, take a large bowl. Now add curd, salt, roasted cumin powder, and other chopped veggies.
    • In the meantime, mix all these ingredients well.
    • Furthermore, to garnish it add finely chopped coriander leaves to the curd mixture. Mix this mixture well. And refrigerate it for an hour.
    • Finally, serve it chilled.
