Ingredients
  • Mushrooms - 200 G
  • Onions - 2 Medium Size
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Salt - As Per Taste
  • Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
  • Water - As Required
  • A day that starts well, ends well. So, what do you think you should o to start your day in a perfect way? Ummm…how about a healthy and tasty breakfast? Yes, Fitelo, presents you with a recipe for mushroom paratha for weight loss plans, which will keep you full for a longer period of time and will make you avoid extra snacks that might give you weight gain. You can serve your family and yourself this paratha in breakfast with curd and make your day healthy.

    • Firstly, in a pan add ghee or olive oil with chopped onions, ginger, red chili powder, salt to taste, and mushrooms. Cook well and then allow it to cool.
    • Secondly, for the dough, take some atta or wheat flour, maida and to it add salt and water mixing well until it turns into a soft dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
    • Thirdly, for the paratha, make small balls and flatten them, adding mushroom stuffing to them.
    • Now, seal the dough rolling it into a round shape, and place the paratha on a pan. Cook well from both sides.

    Enjoy your mushroom paratha with curd and do not forget it to add it to your diet plan for weight loss.
