    • Firstly, wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for about 4-5 hours or overnight.
    • Secondly, after soaking, drain the water and transfer the rice to a blender.
    • Furthermore, add water gradually and blend the rice into a smooth batter. The consistency should be thin, almost like buttermilk.
    • Add salt to the batter and mix it well.
