  • Orange or Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/2Cup
  • Low Fat Milk- 3-4 Tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper – 1-2 Tbsp

  • Finely Diced Red Onion – 1/4Cup
  • Tomato Diced – 1/2Cup
  • Cumin – ½ tbsp
