  • Onions - 1/2 Cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
  • Tomatoes - 1/2 Cup

    • Firstly, on a medium flame place a pan and add oil. Allow it to heat.
    • Secondly add cumin seeds, chopped tomatoes, and capsicum. Cook until they change their color.
    • Thirdly, add scrambled tofu and seasonings of your preference. cook for about 5 minutes.
