As a psychology major, He understands theory, diagnosis criteria, and treatment options, and also knows how to build trusting relationships with people. His area of passion is always to study different humanistic approaches in various situations and how an individual plays leadership roles in their life . He always believes in following the OODA technique i.e. observe ,orient , decide and act. This helps him in dealing with real life situations in a better way. He as a Counseling psychologist has excelled in his counseling skills with this technique. 

As a member of the wellness team He contributed by building psychological techniques, content videos and shared his insights with the team whenever required.  Apart from professional growth, he has a desire to be decent in the skill sets i.e soft skills that includes Communication skills ,Interpersonal skills ,Problem solving skills ,Team work skills ,Analytical skills and Taking initiatives. As I believe this is the real learning & earning of a successful human being.
In Fitelo, he is currently serving as a Mind Coach(counseling psychologist), in the Department of Wellness. My main focus includes assisting individuals in managing their mental health by psychoeducation, creating awareness through psychological techniques & psychotherapies.
