How To Make Paneer Curry Recipe?
Everybody has their style to cook paneer but if you wish to make restaurant-style paneer curry to lose weight and gain more energy, follow the steps below.
- Firstly, take cashew and soak them in hot water for at least 20 minutes.
- Secondly, chop all the veggies, onions, and tomatoes. Grind ginger and garlic to make the paste in a grinder.
- Also, grind onion in the grinder and make a thick and smooth fine paste. Take out the onion paste from the grinder jar in a bowl.
- Again grind tomatoes and cashews and take them out in a different jar and keep it aside.
- The next step is to make curry gravy and add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Heat it and add onion paste.
- Stir the onion paste over a low to medium flame and become golden brown.
- Further, add the grind ginger-garlic paste to the pan stir the paste till and let spread the aroma in the air.
- Similarly, grind tomato-cashew paste and cook the whole for 2-3 minutes. While the paste is cooking add water and let it boil for 5 minutes. (Keep swirling the jar to mix paste and water well).
- Add all the dry masala i.e. Chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook it for 5 minutes in the same way.
- Add salt as per your requirement.
- Next, cut the paneer into small cubes and add it to the curry or gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, and add chopped coriander leaves.
- Finally, a tasty and healthy paneer curry recipe is ready to serve on the dining table with chapatti or tandoori roti.
