amaranth/rajgira kheer
- Start with roasting 1 tsp of amaranth/rajgira grain at a time in a pan.
- Add 2 cups of milk to boil on a low flame for 6-7 minutes.
- Add puffed amaranth, add milk powder, and stevia.
- Stir again and simmer the kheer for 2 minutes more.
- Lastly, add mixed dry fruits and cardamom powder.
- Serve rajgira kheer hot or warm or chilled.

- Do keep on stirring at intervals so that the kheer does not stick to the bottom
- You can add any dry fruits of your choice.
