Ingredients
1 cup Amaranth / Rajgiri / Chaulai
Lukewarm water for kneading dough
Add 1-2 table spoon curd if required for kneading the dough
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 cup Raddish
No aloo /paneer
It is a healthy gluten-free flatbread made with amaranth flour for vrat. This recipe is yet another healthy alternative that can be your go-to option when you are out of time.
- Add amaranth / rajgiri to curd mixture .
- Make dough using lukewarm water for kneading the dough.
- You can even add curd if required for kneading the dough .
- Then, keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
- Now, divide it into equal balls .
- You can also add radish and onion into the dough if you want .
- Then, roll the dough into roti.
- Cook from both sides and serve it hot or you can also wrap it in a foil paper to keep it hot.
