    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: What Are Bran Flakes?

Ans: Bran is the outer husk of wheat. It’s discarded in the processing of white flour but is the most nutrient-dense part of the wheat.

Q: Which Is Better All-Bran Or Bran Flakes?

Ans: All-Bran original would indeed be our best product for helping with constipation as it contains the most amount of wheat bran fiber (which has been proven to increase stool transit time), however, our bran flakes still contain a sufficient amount of fiber to help with any digestive issues you’re having.

Q: How Long Does It Take To Cook Bran Flakes?

Ans: Tear each one into little pieces, creating bran flakes. Return the torn flakes to the parchment lined baking sheets and set them back into the oven. Bake an additional 5 minutes, then turn the oven off and allow to carry over bake until the oven cools completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
