  • Black Chana - Bowl
  • Water - 4 Cups
  • Oil - 1 Tsp
  • Ginger Paste - 1 Tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 2/3
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Salt - According To Taste
  • Black pepper - 1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Jeera Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Lemon - According To Taste
  • Black chana chaat, black chana with rice, dry black chana with poori all these recipes must have been made in every house, especially in India. But have you ever tried its soup? Well, yes!     • Firstly, boil black chana in water for about 15 minutes and pour the water into a separate bowl.
    • Secondly, in a blender blend tomatoes well to make their puree.
    • Thirdly, in a pan add oil, ginger paste, curry leaves, tomato puree, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and jeera powder. Mix well.
    • Now add the black chana water to the mixture and stir well until it comes to a boil.
    • Your chana soup is ready to be served hot. You can garnish with coriander and squeeze lemon for taste. You can try this recipe in your 7 day diet plan.
