  • Egg drop soup is a delicious, simple, and easy Chinese dish that can be prepared at home also.  The base of this soup is chicken broth which is lightly seasoned with ginger and other seasonings. Also, you can add gently beaten eggs dropped into the boiling broth. Usually through a slotted spoon, strainer, or other utensils.
