Ingredients
50 gms nachos
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp boiled corn
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp boiled rajma
1/2 cup hung curd
Fresh coriander to garnish
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped green capsicum
1/4 tsp black pepper
This Nachos Salad recipe is our favorite way to get veggies in while still enjoying a delicious snack as a part of weight loss plans. A simple side dish that is so easy to put together and taste wonderful!!
- Layer nachos on a serving tray.
- Add tomatoes, corn, rajma, onion, and green capsicum in a bowl.
- Then, season with lemon juice and black pepper.
- Leave it for 5 minutes.
- Now pour a layer of hung curd over it.
- Garnish with coriander and enjoy your crunchy nachos salad.
