Ingredients
  • Boiled Potato
  • Brown bread
  • Spices and herbs
  • Salt (according to your diet plan)
  • Sliced tomato
  • Black Pepper
  • Fan of comfort food but don’t know what is healthy and what is not? then worry not. We have got your back, try this homemade aloo patty recipe full of flavors and good health. Moreover, a sustainable weight loss plan focuses on gradual changes in eating habits and physical activity for long-term success at Fitelo.

    • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take a boiled and mashed potato, 1tbsp onion,  1tbsp capsicum and 1 tbsp coriander.
    • Add chili powder, garam masala, black pepper and salt ( according to your diet plan ).
    • Now, combine well making sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
    • Then, take a slice of bread and spread green chutney on each slice of bread.
    • Spread prepared aloo mixture over the bread slice.
    • Then, place tomato slices over aloo mixture and then sprinkle crushed black pepper.
    • Cover with another slice of bread and press gently.
    • Now, toast the sandwich on both sides.
    • Serve hot with coriander chutney.
