Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt (as directed by your dietitian)
  • 2/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Stevia
  • This whole wheat banana pancake recipe is easy to make and is a super delicious and healthy breakfast option to have in your weight loss journey.

    1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk nicely to blend.
    2. Then in another bowl, combine milk, mashed banana, egg, stevia, and vanilla. Again whisk nicely to blend.
    3. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
    4. Further, heat a pan over medium-low heat.
    5. Then, using a cup or ladle, pour the batter onto the hot pan and spread using circular motion.
    6. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, for about 2-3 minutes.
    7. Flip the pancakes, then cook until lightly golden on both sides. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
    8. Serve immediately and top it off with thinly sliced bananas and anar.
